About Us

In 2016, the huge turkey knob farm garden, and efficient high-tunnel growing method featuring over 200 heirloom-producing tomato plants, produced record amounts of tomatoes and cucumbers. Connie already had some amazing recipes in her arsenal, and developed new ones as well, to bring jams, jellies, salsa, and pickles to marketplaces near the old TKF farm location in St. John, KS. The farm also provided unique offerings such as sandhill plums, more choke cherries than they knew what to do with, and honeycrisp & Jonathan apples, all of which are much-loved flavors when turned into jams by connie! No one makes jams taste as good as connie...and that's a fact!
